How to Book Your African Horseback Safari |
|
'It is possible to book through any of the specialist riding safari operators and agents who are also able to organise your flights and any additional lodges or camps to your itinerary as well as a riding safari.
Alternatively, read through our questionnaire carefully. If you are confidently able to tick one of the riding competence levels outlined, you can then check availability with Reservations in the Maun office. If you are in doubt as to whether you meet the required criteria, please contact Reservations who will be able to give you guidance on this.
Once you have secured your dates on safari with Reservations (7-night safaris normally start and end of Fridays) and have forwarded your completed questionnaire, your booking will be held on a provisional basis while you check into flights and other logistics. Once confirmed, your invoice will be issued for your safari and a 50% deposit should be paid within 14 days. Balance of payment should be sent at least 60 days prior to safari start date. This may be paid by Telegraphic Transfer or Visa/MasterCard credit cards. |
With the Soccer World Cup taking place in South Africa this year for the whole of June and half of July, getting to Southern Africa is becoming prohibitively expensive as the airlines raise their tariffs.
We would not like anybody to miss out on their once-in-a-lifetime riding safari as a result and are therefore offering to offset this increase, by paying for your return flights between Maun, Botswana and Macatoo Camp; saving you in the region of £300.00.
This special offer only applies to bookings of seven nights or more, and runs for the whole of June until July 15th (inclusive). We look forward to hearing from you |
