Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully. Note that the following is at the discretion of African Horseback Safaris and rates/itineraries are subject to change.
Important: Please ensure that you are familiar with our riding policy. We reserve the right to prevent any client from riding if we feel they do not fulfil the minimum competence level as indicated.
Payment
Provisional bookings – auto expire after 30 days.
Confirmation – 20% non-refundable deposit will be required to secure a booking.
Full payment – no later than 30 days prior to arrival or the booking will be deemed as cancelled.
Travel restrictions – should you be unable to travel due to specific travel restrictions at the time of your booking then the booking will be rescheduled without any penalty charges but a surcharge might apply in cases where there is a change in season or year.
Refunds – in the case where a client is unable to travel due to specific travel restrictions at the time of their booking and no suitable alternative dates can be found the booking will be fully refundable. Should a client fail to join the safari for any other reason or join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion, no refunds can be made.
Please quote your name and invoice number on the payment and instruct your bank that the beneficiary (African Horseback Safaris) should receive the full invoice amount, with no charges deducted.
